Obsidian crystals

These stones are great for protective practices, they are also a powerful aid in meditation and dreaming practice.  These stones have been cleansed and charged by the sun and full moon energies of the spring equinox.

Though they have been popularized for their peotective and banishment qualities. I have found through working with this stone that placing on the third eye during meditation helps to tap into the subconscious mind. I have also learned that sleeping with this stone under your pillow can encourage deeper dream states.
